Choosing the lowest bidder often means that you will not be happy with the results (see those guys listed above for that). And if you are as finicky as we are, you will have to have the work done again, and at a considerably higher price because the previous work will have to be undone first. Choosing the highest bidder does not guarantee you the best results either. Granted, the odds are more in your favor, but we have seen our share of cars that belong to unhappy customers that paid way too much for a mediocre, and sometimes, even bad paint job at another shop.

So in the end, it’s really about trust.
